Hosting runs on our own network, monitored continuously, with a real incident phone line. Uptime targets, response times and remedies are set per plan in your service agreement — no blanket "99.99%" we cannot stand behind. Backups are verified by actually restoring them.
Your data lives in the EU — our points of presence are Pitești, Bucharest and Frankfurt. We are GDPR compliant, process only what a service needs, and the site itself is cookie-free with privacy-preserving analytics. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Fair use, honest renewals (we tell you up front when a renewal price differs from the intro price), and no lock-in: your code, data and configuration are yours to take anywhere, and we help you leave if you ever want to. Prices are shown in euro and quoted transparently.
