You own problems, not tickets. Design it, ship it, run it — and change your mind in production when reality disagrees with the plan.
Range, on purpose
One week it is a React front end, the next a BGP session or a board bring-up. We stay generalist because our clients need one team across the whole stack.
How on-call works
Yes, there is a pager — we get paged so clients do not. It is a shared rotation, and whoever is on it has the authority to actually fix what wakes them.
Nothing posted right now
We hire when we meet the right person, not against a headcount plan. If you build the way we do, send a note and something you're proud of — a repo, a postmortem, a board you laid out. One of the engineers reads every one.
