Every configuration is built to order. Standard configurations with parts on hand are handed over in 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed and paid; ones that need parts take a few days, and custom builds 1–2 weeks. You get a realistic date with the quote, before you commit.

Yes — RAM, disks and NICs can be added in a maintenance window scheduled with you. CPU swaps depend on the platform; we tell you honestly before you order.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for the configurations listed. Custom builds that need special parts may carry one — it is on the quote before you commit, never after.

Managed or unmanaged?

Your choice. Every machine is monitored at the network level and covered by our incident line; add management if you want us inside the OS too — updates, hardening and backups, agreed in writing.
