- Both are full control panels for files, mail, databases and DNS. The cPanel plans shown here activate automatically once payment is confirmed; DirectAdmin plans, available in the client panel, are set up by our team, normally within one working day. Either way, your client account adds a signed-in shortcut into the panel.
- How do I order?
- Choose a plan here and you land in the client panel. Create an account or sign in, pick the billing period and place the order. cPanel accounts are created automatically once the invoice is paid; DirectAdmin accounts are created by our team, normally within one working day.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer, using the details on the invoice. Once the payment is matched, activation follows — automatically for cPanel plans, by our team for DirectAdmin plans.
- Can I run WordPress?
- Yes. WordPress and any other PHP application run on every plan; install it from the control panel or upload your own copy.
- Does the price change when I renew?
- No. There is no teaser rate: the renewal price equals the order price. Prices are shown without VAT; the invoice adds it according to your billing profile.
- Can I move up to a bigger plan later?
- Yes. Open a ticket from your panel and we change the package on the same account, keeping your files, mail and databases.
