Kicked is a small team in Pitești that designs, builds, hosts and operates software. Some of the infrastructure is ours; all of the responsibility is. When something breaks, the person who fixes it is the person who built it and runs it.
Four things we refuse to compromise
One team, one contract
You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying to a subcontractor. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing when something spans two disciplines — it's all us.
We run what we build
Software we write is hosted on infrastructure we operate — the network, the servers and the customer panel are ours to run. That closes the loop most vendors leave open: the people who wrote the code also carry the pager.
Honest by default
We tell you what breaks first, what a migration really costs, and when a cheaper option would serve you better — in writing. No claims we can't back, no renewal traps buried in fine print.
Experienced people answer
Describe a problem and you hear back from someone who can actually decide — a written proposal within two working days, not a discovery-call funnel. The incident line rings a person who can act, not a queue.
