Kicked is a small team in Pitești. We build web apps, online stores and custom software, and we host and run it on our own infrastructure. When something breaks, the person who fixes it is the person who built it.
How we actually work
One team, one contract
You talk to the people doing the work. One team covers software, hosting and network, so nothing falls between two vendors when a problem spans them.
We run what we build
Software we write is hosted on infrastructure we operate — the network, the servers and the customer panel are ours to run. The people who wrote the code are the ones who carry the pager for it.
Clear proposals, clear pricing
You get a written proposal that says what a job includes, what it costs and how long it takes. When a renewal price differs from the intro price, we tell you up front.
Experienced people answer
Describe a problem and you hear back from someone who can actually decide — a written proposal within two working days. The incident line rings a person who can act on it.
